- this song was written circa 2000 by the Bos Bros., and soon made its way to being a staple of the Approachables live set, whilst also being featured on the "Coming Off Lies Like A Dirty Soap" EP (2001 Fauxtown Records), and later, YC's own "Just Another Coconut Cream Pie" EP (2012 Fauxtown Records)
- when the Approachables went on hiatus in 2002, so did this song, which many has said of it "hey, nice song!"...being a fan of the song, YC learned the song over the years, never quite knowing if the chords were correct, but finally being 99% sure as of 2011, when he added it to his busking set, which is also being modified with new material
- when the 'Rents formed in 2012, this song was added to the makeshift setlist and the spirit of the song was back in the air
- for the recording, which was engineered by one Jet Black, the 'Rents brought in special guest sax man Phil Carriere, of the Initials, to add a sweet sax interlude which you will hear here!
- in September 2012, The Approachables played a reunion gig at The L Lounge, and We're Sorry was played once again by the band that failed to make the song famous the first time, but nonetheless, tears of joy were wept by grown men when they heard it...(caution: overuse of metaphors can be found in this article)
